Colin is Senior Vice President, Chief Compliance Officer, General Counsel and Corporate Secretary at VELCO. Prior to joining VELCO in February 2016, Colin served as the Deputy Attorney General in Massachusetts, Senior Vice President and General Counsel at National Grid USA, Assistant U.S. Attorney in Boston, MA, Special Assistant U.S. Attorney and Trial Attorney in Washington, DC, and as a law clerk to three federal judges. Colin is a graduate of the University of Michigan Law School, Yale College and Yale University. He currently serves on the boards of directors of the Vermont Energy Investment Corporation and Champlain College.
