The Agroecology and Livelihoods Collaborative (ALC) officially launched their newest initiative, Agrecology Support (AES) to the Collaborative Crop Research Program (CCRP). This initiative is funded by the McKnight Foundation. The UVM team will begin to address specific program goals relating to co-learning, agroecological assessment and evaluation, and support for a diverse array of actors across all of the CCRP’s regions (Andes, East & South Africa, West Africa). The commencement of this program was marked with team-member, Gabriela Bucini, attending the CCRP Leadership Team meeting in Montpellier, France last month. The ALC team is looking forward to kick-starting this project and deepening collaboration with global partners.
