Session Information
- Are you a woman farmer in mid-season experiencing challenges with staff management?
- Maybe you’re navigating how to keep up employee morale or provide constructive feedback?
- Or looking for insights and strategies on anything from cell phone policies to dealing with no-shows from new hires?
You’re invited to join a virtual meet-up to connect and share challenges, strategies and opportunities with other women-identifying farm owners. This session builds off a successful Learning Circle series held earlier this year, with a focus on situations that emerge at this crucial time of the growing season.
This gathering is intended as a way to connect for a quick, casual (bring your lunch!) check-in during the peak season for support, strategy sharing, networking and connection. All women-identifying farmers currently involved with or curious about hiring and managing staff are welcome.
If you attended the Learning Circle series already, welcome back! We are offering this session thanks to your positive feedback and requests for safe space opportunities to connect. If you didn’t attend this winter series, we are excited to have you join us. The Learning Circle environment is intentionally welcoming for all to jump in with no past experience required.
Advance registration is required. Thanks to grant support, we are able to offer the session free of charge to participants
Note: Space is limited so we can keep the Learning Circle intimate and discussion based. It will not be recorded. If you register and then need to cancel, please let us know.
