Diversifying Your Team Management Toolbox
A Mini Virtual Intensive for Women Farmers on Effective Labor Management
- Are you a woman farmer new to managing employees on your farm?
- Maybe you are thinking about expanding and hiring staff for the first time next season?
- Or did you just wrap up your first year with staff and want to process what you learned and what you’ll do differently?
You’re invited to participate in a unique, virtual collaborative learning environment for woman-identifying farmers to connect and share challenges and opportunities at this crucial stage in farm growth.
From recruitment and retention to navigating conflict, this three-part virtual series will enable you to connect with resources while building a network of women farmer peers across the country in similar situations. All women-identifying farmers currently involved with or curious about hiring and managing staff are welcome.
Note: Each “learning circle” series will consist of three back-to-back daily 75-minute sessions, taking advantage of the off-season winter months. Sign up for which month works best with your schedule. Space is limited, so preference will be given to people who commit to attending all three sessions.
