Course Description: Global Business Theme Capstone Course: Integrative, capstone course concerned with issues and decisions facing senior executives directing entire enterprises. Students develop analytical skills surrounding industry analysis, strategy formulation, organizational design, and competitive dynamics. Prerequisites: BSAD 120, BSAD 150, BSAD 180; Business Administration major; Senior standing.

Section Description: Integrative, capstone course concerned with issues and decisions facing senior management in global business. Students develop an appreciation for the size, scale and scope of multinational enterprises in the context of global markets. Corporate analysis, country analysis, competitor analysis and strategy formulation are foundational. The course emphasizes quantitative and qualitative analysis of decisions involving technology and global supply chains, corporate portfolios, and addressing changes in country contexts.
