Getting Technology Help

Most of Enterprise Technology Services' regular support services will be closed, but ETS is providing services to help with the most urgent information technology issues.

For information about service status and any service interruptions, please call the IT Status Line: 656-1234.

The ETS Computing Help Line will be open on a reduced schedule. Please refer to the Helpline & CDC Schedule for details. Send help requests at any time online or by calling 656-2604; if we are unable to answer, please leave a message so that we can call you back. Response time for assistance will be greater than normal, and on-site and in-person help will not be available. Complex and non-emergency issues will be addressed after the break. Computer Depot Clinic (CDC) operations housed in the Bookstore will be unavailable while the Davis Center is closed. The CDC operations will resume their normal schedule beginning at 8:00 AM, Wednesday, January 2, 2013.
