Readme: FractFloat Help and MAP files

This program renders fractal images using a collection of formulae that I've
accumulated over time, as well as various other mathematically-oriented
images. Since the program uses floating point, rather than integer,
calculations, I've named it "FractFloat" in respectful acknowledgement of one
of its major inspirations, FractInt.

Help menu items:
The "Help Topics" menu item contains a list of the keyboard commands
that are not accessible from the GUI menu, as well as information on
zooming and dynamic plane thumbnails.
Check the "Fractal Formulae" item for each fractal type; it will show
the formula and relevant references. Often it will provide additional
descriptive information or suggestions.
The "Julia Level Sets" item provides additional information for using
this inside coloring option.

The "Fractal Parameter Examples.pdf" file contains some sample parameters for
a few of the fractal types, many of them from "The Beauty of Fractals".

The program uses Fractint 256-color MAP files for its color palettes. These
are text files containing RGB triplets, which are easy to create or edit. A
small collection can be found in the file "MAP Palette Files.zip". There
are hundreds if not thousands of these files available on the Web. These can
be selected from the GUI menu. When you select a file, you have the option of
seeing a preview of its color spectrum before you accept it.
