Description: | A transformer built for teaching purposes with a removeable outer winding, . The primary is 2 layers of approx. 14 gauge wire wrapped on a slotted brass tube with a total of 230 turns and a resistance of .7 ohms. The secondary is about 10-12 layers of approx. 24 gauge wire with brass slotted endcaps and a total of roughly 2340 - 2800 turns and a resistance of 345 ohms. |
