The list of 2012-2013 Living/Learning Center programs - including programs that are affiliated with the Arts Initiative and Global Village Residential Learning Communities will be posted by Februray, 22, 2012! Applications for current/returning students will be available Februray 22, 2012. Completed applications are due by March 3, 2012 at 11:59 P.M.

About the Living/Learning Center
Living/Learning Center, built in 1973, is the original residential learning community at the University of Vermont (UVM). Providing a unique living arrangement on campus, the Center is comprised of between 40 and 45 residential programs created and developed by students, faculty and staff. Each program is comprised of between 10 to 30 students who share a common interest, including such topics as music, art, science & technology and diverse cultures. Program members follow a year-long schedule of educational activities focused around a central theme. The activities may include guest lectures, field trips, community service projects, independent study/research and movies and films.

Living/Learning is also home to the Global Village and Arts Initiative Residential Learning Communities.
The Living/Learning Center has an art gallery, computer lab, music practice room, pottery and photography studios, a mailroom, two dining facilities, classrooms and faculty and administrative office space.
