    Summarize and interpret the results. Discuss data and methods used. Compare and contrast the results obtained to those expected based on lecture material and your literature research. Where appropriate, discuss the factors that must be controlled in each experiment. Discuss any problems that arose and how to avoid them. Discuss how the methods and techniques used in the laboratory exercise are employed generally in biomedical research.
