The interface between our UVM web pages (and iPods) and Oracle Calendar broke witgh the move to parrot. Apparently a known problem with ugly workaround. Toook frank and I a couple of days to track it down and find a (temporary) solution. See

migrated scripts.uvm.edu alias from warthog to parrot. problems thus far:
somebody forgot to move FormMail.pl from warthog to parrot. Fixed
I edited the SOIT test generator soit_test.pl script for parrot, but apparently skipped the soit_answers.pl script. Fixed. And updated documentation, since Leonord Perry said they were so great.
The CT_Cal.pl script was producing unsightly calendars, needed to edit [...]
Ran around in circles with others tracking down broken/missing media files in somebody’s online Jazz course. I think we found a solution. More here.

For Landscape Change, I added a few new fields to our test databas and created a new table named items to store metadata for linked items (sounds pdsf, et.c associated with a single image)
The "zoomify" utility wanted by Paul Bierman needs the Python Image Library module, which wasn’t building on zoo. Had TSG update python installation on zoo servers, now build OK. verified it would work with zoomify, passed it off the Ben Fenster to work out details.
Built and populated a CVS server on Badger for the GLCP project. Now need to develop a plan to us eit.
