PRESENTATION INSTRUCTIONS

 

Posters:  

  • Poster setup is from 3:00 PM - 4:00  PM on Friday, January 18th and  from 8:00 AM - 8:45 AM on Saturday, January 19th.
  • Please keep posters made for this meeting to a maximum of 36 inches high by 56 inches wide.    
  • Posters with larger dimensions that were made for other meetings can be used, but please send an email to nbh@uvm.edu to notify us that your poster will be larger than standard.  This will help us accomodate larger posters.   Please put only the word "POSTER" in the subject line. 

Platform Talks:

  • Platform talks are scheduled for 15 minutes TOTAL.  Please plan to speak for roughly 10 minutes and to leave about 5 minutes for questions.  We have a very packed day, and to maintain fairness to all speakers, the 15 minute limit will be enforced.      
  • A PC type computers running Windows operating systems will be available.  Please bring your presentation as a powerpoint file that can be loaded onto the computer prior to the morning session.   If you use Apple computers, please test your file on a PC computer ahead of time.
