and mails it to student's current address (with an I-9 and a W-4 for first

accepts the job

Student completes the work-study authorization form
with their supervisor

Student returns the completed authorization form to
Career Services (as well as an I-9 and W-4 form if required)

Career Services approves the work-study authorization
forms and forwards them to Payroll Records

Payroll processes the work-study authorization form,
I-9 and W-4

Payroll prints off campus time sheets for each student

Career Services mails the time sheets to the supervisor
at the off campus organization

Student keeps accurate log of their hours worked

Student completes weekly time sheet

Supervisor verifies hours and signs the time sheet

Supervisor mails time sheet to Payroll Records by the
bi-weekly payroll deadline dates and times

Payroll processes time sheets, runs payroll and sends the
paycheck to the student
