Peggy Owen Sands is a Clinical Educator I for the VT-ILEHP program. She co-teaches graduate lab courses related to pediatric physical therapy. She also provides physical therapy services within the school setting and to children within their homes. Particular area of interest is related to group fitness and strengthening for children with physical disabilities.
