Kerstin provides program support for all faculty, trainees and fellows of the VT-ILEHP program. Responsibilities include maintaining all clinical and operational records, databases, web site, resource library and communication. Kerstin also serves as the Wellness Ambassador for the VT-ILEHP program, encouraging self-care. For over 20 years she has been involved in Early Childhood Education and continues to provide training and support for child care providers and parents through her consulting company.
