Jean is responsible for overseeing the VT-ILEHP training program, addressing all trainee/fellow, faculty and staff issues; mentoring new faculty; curriculum development; strategic planning; grant writing; member of the management team; mentor nursing fellows, liaison between VT-ILEHP and the Department of Nursing. As a liaison between the Department of Nursing and VT-ILEHP, Jean is a guest lecturer in the college of Nursing and Health Sciences, and a mentor to nursing students on special projects.
