Resources for Educators

Resources for Educators

  • Climate Change and Northeast Agriculture has developed downloadable factsheets, annotated PowerPoint presentations, case studies, and other resources specifically for educators working with farmers and other audiences.
  • Environmental Protection Agency Climate Change Kids shows students, educators, and school administrators how they can all play a key role in reducing greenhouse gas emissions.
  • Focus the Nation began in January 2008, when nearly a million people at more than 1,900 Focus the Nation events started a conversation on global warming solutions with 64 members of Congress, 15 governors, and countless local and state politicians. Colleges and universities, K-12 schools, community and faith groups, and businesses came together for a day of education and action.
  • Northeast Science Center Collaborative brings the latest research on climate change science, impacts, and solutions to science centers and educators across the Northeast.
