Note: the total expenditures and total contributions of Skip Vallee in the 2000 Vermont State Senatorial campaign are a rather large outlier and skew the data of counties containing six seats.  Without Mr. Vallee’s data the average total expenditures in 2000 for the 6 Seat district drops to $8,941 and the average total contributions drops to $9,507.
