The 2002 semester's work is dedicated to the memory of Paul Regan Cascio who graduated from UVM in 1999 and was a member of the Vermont Legislative Research Shop in the Spring 1999 semester. Paul, who worked for Cantor Fitzgerald, was killed on September 11th by the terrorist attack on the World Trade Center.
