The goal of the Vermont Children's Magazine is to help children in grades 2-4 write creative stories and draw illustrations. These are published at the end of each semester. Every two weeks a new story idea is given out, and over that interval each student creates his or her own unique story, with guidance when needed from the volunteers who go to the classrooms. At the end of the semester, each student chooses which story they would like to have published in the magazine, which every student and volunteers gets at the end of each semester.
Vermont Children's Magazine (2 per school year): A magazine featuring the creative writing of elementary students in grades 2-4 as selected and illustrated by themselves.
