e-Mail Invitations Were Mailed Monday, November 11

In her new role as Vice President for Human Resources, Diversity and Multicultural Affairs, Wanda Heading-Grant is conducting an assessment of Human Resource Services to provide information on the HR services most needed and valued by the University community. The survey is an anonymous and confidential online feedback tool that will be open through Monday, December 9.

Details. A link to the survey was contained in an invitation that was sent to all faculty, staff, retirees and UVM temporary workers on the afternoon of Monday, November 11. (The subject field was: "Invitation to Participate: HRS Satisfaction Survey.") The assessment itself will take from five to fifteen minutes to complete, depending on your level of interaction with HRS. If you start the survey and get interrupted, you may save your responses using the "Resume Later" button in the lower left corner of any survey screen, and return to finish the survey any time before the survey closes on December 9.

Can't Find Your Invitation?

Because each invitation has a unique token that assures that each individual only takes the survey once, there is no way to access the survey without your invitation. If you cannot find your invitation, you can wait for the system-generated reminder that will automatically be sent in the future to those who do not respond to the initial e-mail.

Please Take the Time to Help

Your participation in this important assessment will lead to the creation of actionable organizational change with a focus on quality, exceptional customer service, diversity, and inclusiveness for all members of the UVM community.
