Come out to Gutterson Fieldhouse on Saturday morning at 10 a.m. to watch former Catamount and NHL stars Martin St. Louis and Eric Perrin, along with their teammates from the 1996 NCAA Frozen Four men's hockey team, as they face off against prominent UVM alumni in Vermont's Greatest Ever Pick-up Game.

Tickets are available for $5 online at UVMathletics.com/Tickets (click on August events) or by visiting the UVM Athletic Ticket Office on the second floor of Patrick Gym. All tickets are general admission and can also be purchased on gameday at the Gutterson Fieldhouse Box Office. Doors will open at 9:30 a.m. prior to both teams taking the ice for warm ups.

Paced by 83 points apiece from St. Louis and Perrin during the 1995-96 season, the Catamounts reached the program's first-ever Frozen Four and posted a Division I program record 27 wins.

The high-scoring duo will be joined at the Gut by former linemate J.C. Ruid and teammates like Matt Stelljes, Matt Johnson, Dale Patterson, and Phil Eboli. Facing off against the 1996 squad will be a talented team of former UVM standouts such as Brady Leisenring '06, Pete Lenes '09, Kenny MacAulay '07, Chris McCarthy '15, Aaron Miller '93, Mike Paliotta '15, Christian Soucy '93, and Dean Strong '09.

"Playing on this team as a lifelong Vermonter and Catamount fan was a life experience," said Justin Martin '98, an Essex Junction native who is organizing the event and was a forward on the 1996 squad. "Now that we are all grown up and married with kids, we are all the same boys at heart. This will be the first time in over 20 years that we have had the chance to skate together, and we are all looking forward to playing in the best pick up game the State of Vermont has ever witnessed. This is a must for any hockey fan!"
