Rachel Johnson, professor of nutrition and spokeswoman for the American Heart Association, talks to USA Today and the Associated Press about a new study on the relationship between sugar consumption and heart health. The study found that consuming even relatively moderate amounts of sugar can greatly increase the risk of fatal heart problems later in life.
