Rachel Johnson, nutrition professor and spokesperson for the American Heart Association, shares her insight in an Associated Press article about celebrity chef Richard Rosendale’s new cooking show. In “Recipe Rehab,” chefs compete to take traditional carb and fat laden meals and make them healthier while keeping them tasty and easy to make. Johnson believes this is a helpful step supporting healthier eating habits in children. "It is hard not to revert to the chicken nuggets, to the frozen pizza. I know. I'm a mom. ...
