A study by Dr. Mary Cushman, professor of medicine, featured by the Huffington Post and published in the American Heart Association journal Stroke, found that small differences in lifestyle habits were associated with large reductions in stroke risk. Among the seven factors that the researchers looked at, blood pressure status was the greatest predictor of stroke.
