The Burlington Free Press visits a scale-model exhibition by students in the University of Vermont’s Restorative Environmental Design Studio. Twenty-five undergraduates proposed unique renovations of the Moran building on the waterfront. The paper writes, “the exhibits explored a common sense of purpose: toward improved energy efficiency, a greener landscape, and a livelier, healthier community.” Senior Morgan Marzo, who suggested installing a telescope on a turret, tells the Free Press, “we don’t need more buildings — we really just need to fix the ones we have.” Read the story...
