Not just any Statehouse press conference, this one, covered by Vermont Digger, came with a ten-foot high statement, the arched eco-sculpture, “Inherently Unstable and Prone To Collapse,” made largely of empty plastic water bottles and designed by UVM art instructor Beth Haggart.
