The Burlington Free Press reports on the university’s Martin Luther King commemoration keynote by Henry Louis Gates Jr., Alphonse Fletcher University Professor at Harvard, director of the W.E.B. DuBois Institute for African and African-American Research and host of PBS documentaries, African American Lives and Faces of America, in which he traces celebrities’ ancestry.
