Wall Street Journal Seeks UVM Health Advice on Cooking Oil

The Wall Street Journal interviews nutrition professor and spokesperson for the American Heart Association Rachel Johnson about the healthfulness of grapeseed oil. Johnson says grapeseed, as well as canola and olive oils, all "have high concentrations of unsaturated fat that help promote beneficial cholesterol levels," and she urges readers to consume a variety of them.
