The Staff Council Holiday Bazaar and Food Drive will be held on Thursday, Dec. 1, 2011 from 9 a.m. to 4 p.m.  in the Grand Maple Ballroom, Davis Center.

More than 35 vendors representing UVM staff, faculty, alumni, retirees and students will showcase and sell jewelry, photography, paintings, wreaths, soap, bags, hand-turned bowls, ornaments, knitted and felted items, clothing and more. All members of the UVM community are welcomed and encouraged to attend. Come find unique handmade art and crafts that make wonderful holiday gifts and a wide selection of delicious baked goods.

This is primarily a cash event, with some vendors accepting checks and credits cards.

Bring a non-perishable food donation for this year’s food drive to benefit the Chittenden Emergency Food Shelf. With your donation you will receive one free raffle ticket (with a limit of one free raffle ticket per person) for a chance to win prizes that include a ski/ride season pass to Smuggler’s Notch, several single-day lift tickets to three Vermont ski resorts, gift certificates to area businesses and items donated by participating UVM artists and crafters.
