Specialty:Research methods in food science, principles of food technology and fermented dairy foods.
Biography:Kindstedt is the Coordinator for the Competive Hatch Program, Vermont Agricultural Experiment Station; Associate Director of the Northeast Dairy Foods Research Center. His teaching responsibilities include courses in Research Methods in Food Science, Principles of Food Technology and Fermented Dairy Foods. Areas of research include milk chemistry and biochemistry; dairy fermentations and cheese technology; artisanal cheesemaking technology.
