Biography:Guber's teaching and research interests include U.S. national elections and electoral behavior, public opinion, research methodology, and environmental politics. She has published articles on the dimensionality of environmental attitudes and environmental voting in Social Science Quarterly, Society and Natural Resources and State and Local Government Review. Her most recent work includes an essay co-authored with Christopher J. Bosso titled "The Boundaries and Contours of American Environmental Activism," found in the book "Environmental Policy: New Directions for the Twenty-First Century," as well as a full-length book of her own on the public's concern for the environment and their willingness to translate their beliefs into action, titled "The Grassroots of a Green Revolution: Polling America on the Environment" (2003), published by MIT Press in Cambridge, Mass.
