| Biography: | Donnelly is associate director of the Vermont Institute for Artisan Cheese. Her scholarly interest includes the food-borne role of Listeria monocytogenes and other emerging food-borne pathogenic bacteria. Donnelly is a recognized international expert on Listeria and listeriosis, food-borne illnesses and food safety. She has pioneered development of improved detection methods for Listeria. |
