Quoting the article by Joel Banner Baird:

Another participant, Kathleen Liang, an associate professor in community development and applied economics at UVM, told others at the Friday summit that students are a largely untapped energy source. "The entrepreneurial spirit is something you can't teach," she said. "It's an abstract concept. It's a way of bringing drive to accomplish something - anything. "I tell my students to develop any passion they have," she continued. "It doesn't have to be business. The most important question is: what do you want to explore? You can learn the skills you need on the way," she added, "but it's the inner calling you have to recognize, first. In that way, entrepreneurship is a lifelong process."
