WCAX reports on EAT: The Social Life of Food, a new exhibit on display at the Fleming Museum. The exhibit is the product of last year’s Honors College sophomore seminar, introduction to museum studies. The culmination of the class saw the students go “from the ideas, to curating the objects, all the way through to an installation plan and even assisting with the installation,” explains professor Jennifer Dickinson.
