We are pleased to announce that the keynote speaker for this year's Women's Summit will be Dr. Angela Y. Davis, author, activist, and Distinguished Professor Emerita of History of Consciousness and Feminist Studies, University of California-Santa Cruz.
The Women's Summit is an all-day forum for women to explore common challenges and experiences in the workplace and to build a sense of community across professional boundaries through presentations, panel discussions, and workshops, as well as social opportunities for women to network and share information that will be advantageous in career advancement. Speakers and panel participants include women and men who are on the cutting edge of their professions in Burlington and beyond.
Women across the professional spectrum will find empowerment and inspiration at the Women's Summit, as they explore how to navigate the complex terrain of gender and identity in the workplace.
