Bowles has advised leaders from Senator Robert Kennedy and Dr. Martin Luther King, Jr. To President Nelson Mandela on policies to address the injustices of inequality. Understanding how extreme economic disparities became the human condition 5,000 year ago provides some guidance for creating a more just future.
