(OLLI AT UVM PRESENTS) Strength and Conditioning with KC Bruch

Explore functional exercises that can help in everyday life using body weight training and weighted exercises. People of all abilities are welcome, accommodations will be available if needed! Bring one set of 3-5 lb dumb bell weights. (weight #?), a yoga mat and a small mini loop resistance band.
