Required For: Each employee must attend appropriate training before being assigned duties in confined spaces. All employees who work around confined spaces and ALL emergency responders.
Frequency: Initially, Refresher training must be attended annually, re-training is required whenever there is a change in job assignments or change in the Confined Space procedure/program, or whenever there is a reason to believe that an employee has not followed required Confined Space procedures.
