Management stocks items and coordinates special orders for
the trades and services units within
Physical Plant. MMW staff are available to
coordinate purchases for other departments as
needed. Purchase requests are accepted Monday - Friday between the
hours of 7:00am - 3:30pm by telephone (656-5729), or fax (656-9961).
Please provide the following information for purchase request: name;
department; telephone number; budget number; object code; item
description; quantity and delivery location. Allow a minimum
of
24 hours to process your request and arrange delivery. Emergency
requests are processed immediately. Deliveries are made on campus at no
extra charge.
