The Utilities Zone supports all major utilities infrastructure and distribution systems on campus. These include:

• The Central Heating and Chilled Water plant
• Campus exterior street lighting
• Campus "blue light" system
• High pressure steam line and steam distribution system
• Chilled water distribution
• All underground utility infrastructure
• Electrical distribution system
• Stormwater, catch basins, and piping
• Sanitary sewer system
