We provide this information about planned renovation projects which impact the campus community. We strive to keep this information current and accurate, but please note there are dozens of smaller projects undertaken by Physical  Plant personnel every day which do not appear on this website. (Project notices will open in either .DOC or .PDF format.)



CURRENT PROJECTS - SPRING 2009

Marsh Life Science: Central Chilled Water Connection -(December 2008 - April 2009)- For project details see:  Marsh Life Science Chilled Water Project

Forbush Swimming Pool: Filter Replacement -(April-May 2009)-  Replace existing sand filter with a new EPD filtration system

Royal Tyler Theater (RTT) Plaza Steps - (COMPLETED) Front plaza of RTT will be restored - Summer 2008  RTT Plaza Steps Notice

Williams Hall Exterior Renovation (COMPLETED) - renovation of brick work and windows. For details see:  Williams Hall Notice

Harris Hall -  (COMPLETED) Asbestos abatement activities to accommodate interior building renovations and window replacement. For details see:  Harris Hall Asbestos Abatement

Christie-Wright-Patterson Water Main - (COMPLETED) The water main line on east side of Patterson Hall will be replaced. For details see:  CWP Water Main Line Notice

Pomeroy Hall Exterior Painting and Windows - (COMPLETED) Pomeroy Hall will be painted and exterior windows replaced. Duration of work through September 2008. For details see: Pomeroy Hall 2008 Notice

Patrick Gym Circle & Connector Road  - (COMPLETED) The PFG Circle and Connector Road will be completed with paving, curbing and re-seeding of circle. Work will take place through end of September. For details see:   PFG Circle and Connector Road Notice


Votey Hall- Underground Condensate Line Repair - (COMPLETE) Physical Plant will repair underground condensate line next to south side of Votey Hall in Shuttle Bus roaday. For details see:  Condensate Line by Votey Hall Repair

Billings Center Plaza Reconstruction  - (COMPLETED) - The area around each side of Cook Commons will be rebuilt, along with the stairs that lead to the Votey parking lot from the plaza on the south side of Ira Allen Chapel; and the plaza north of Ira Allen will also be rebuilt. Terrill Hall - (COMPLETED) asbestos abatement activities throughout Terrill Hall to accommodate planned renovations. Flooring and ceiling materials as well as caulking, pipe and thermal system insulation will be removed. For details see:  Terrill Hall Notice

Agricultural Engineering Building - Asbestos Abatement  - (COMPLETED)  Asbestos abatement activities to prepare for building demolition. For details see:  Asbestos Abatement Agricultural Engineering.
