Events Crew

Manager: Debra Routhier Supervisor: Chris Sanford

The Events Crew was formed in 2005 to provide special events set up services for the University campus. The Events Crew delivers and sets up tables, chairs, podiums, public address systems, and related items for both indoor and outdoor special events on the campus.

To request the use of University facilities or meeting spaces for an event, complete a Facilities Scheduling Request "R25" on the To-Do List.
