All renovations to existing space in the Medical Complex should first be discussed with the Project Manager for the Medical Complex. After initial review regarding the feasibility and scope of the project, a memo/email should be sent to Sue Ligon describing the rationale for the renovations, the resources to pay for it and desirable time frame for completion. This memo is not necessary for minor "alterations" to existing space such as adding an electrical outlet or sink, but fire codes and permitting issues should be cleared by Project Manager. If you are unsure of whether the memo is needed please consult the MedPlex Renovations Project Manager. Following this, the project will be assessed and you will be contacted regarding the next steps.
