Operations Support (SOS)
Service Operations Support, or
SOS,
receives and processes
maintenance and service requests Monday - Friday from 7:00 am-4:30 pm.
All
requests must be submitted
through the
FAMIS
Self-Service
Request system on line. SOS
staff will evaluate
requests, then assign them to the appropriate crews within Physical
Plant. Any "after hours" request will be processed on
the
next
business day. (After
hours is considered Monday - Friday from 4:30pm -7:00am and all day
Saturday and
Sunday.) If you have an urgent maintenance issue after hours that
needs immediate attention please call 656-2560 for assistance.
The Physical Plant Department uses the
FAMIS
Self-Service system which
requires a username and password to
submit
requests for work. Building contact persons have been notified by
e-mail and should have received their username and a
password.
