Train like an athlete! CatFit is for individuals looking for a two day a week/6-week session workout challenge that focuses on high intensity strength and conditioning with the guidance and support of a professional coach. The first session begins the week of Monday, September 10.
Not sure CatFit is for you? Try it for FREE at 6pm September 11 or 13! Class meets in the Athletic Performance space in PFG beginning at 6pm.
Fall 2018 sessions:
- September 10-October 19 (session 1)
- October 29-December 7 (session 2)
- December 10-February 1 (session 3)
Spring 2019 sessions:
- February 4-March 22 (session 4)
- March 25-May 3 (session 5)
- May 6-May 24 (session 6, mini session)
Summer 2019 sessions:
- May 27-July 5 (session 7)
- July 8-August 16 (session 8)
