UVM Study on TV Pacing and Attention
- By Array
The university is recruiting children aged 6-12 and their primary caregivers for participation in a study investigating the influence of television pace and attentional symptoms often associated with ADHD. We are recruiting all children – with and without a diagnosis of ADHD – to participate in a study that consists of two 90-minute study visits. The parent’s participation would involve questionnaires while the child will perform attentional and cognitive tasks as well as watch two short videos. The study takes place at the UVM Medical Center, UHC building and the compensation is $25 after each visit, for a total of $50.
