The Planning Team is a group of dynamic students who plan events from start to finish. It is made up of five different comittees: Comedy, Traditions, ACE (Arts, Culture, Education), Music and the Executive team. As a Planning Team Member, you will be responsible for brainstorming, logistics coordination and implementation of events. There are opportunities to work collaboratively with other offices across campus, meet celebrities, develop leadership skills and have a BLAST!
The Events Team is made up of approximately 16 incredible students who work as the production crew. As an Events Team member, you will sign up for shifts on a weekly basis with our Events Team Manager. The shifts include things like: setting up and tearing down spaces, tabling, decorating rooms, working with audio/visual equipment and working with the Planning Team.
