Staying Centered While the World Is Spinning

A multicultural campus is an exciting place to be. It brings together different cultural traditions, different beliefs, different ways of studying and having fun, a different sense of what is right and what is fair. As a staff member, your job requires you to be able to navigate this sea of differences effectively and assist employees in reaching success in the campus work environment. This session will focus on skills that will help you to stay centered while the world is spinning and be an effective leader of your own experience while serving others.

Speaker: Tatyana Fertelmeyster, M.A.
