Ain't I a Woman Too? Latinx and Muslim Stories

Sojourner Truth's (an African-American abolititionist and women's rights activist) 1851 speech, "Ain't I a Woman", continues to serve as a classic expression of women's rights and a testament to how women of color, especially black women, were treated. Come learn and immerse yourself in a presentation and dialogue focusing on matters relating to the Muslim and Latinx/a woman.
